Apricot Oil is a light, delicate carrier oil that moisturizes dry, sensitive skin. It is packed with vitamins and antioxidants that help diminish fine lines, wrinkles and blemishes. It is also well known for restoring natural skin radiance and decreasing puffiness and dark circles.
Apricot Oil is popular for the fact that it is easily absorbed into the skin leaving no greasy residue. It can be used on its own as a facial serum, delicate make-up remover or body oil. It is also popular as an ingredient in DIY skin care recipes.
I love this organic apricot oil! I use it as a facial moisturizer and it makes my skin glow. I tried other oils before this and they clogged my pores or were too greasy. I don't have those problems with the apricot oil.
I make several different things with my essential oils and often need a carrier oil such as this to make the product just perfect. I used this apricot oil to make a "beard oil" for my husband and it turned out great! The oil is just greasy enough to moisturize the beard but not to the point that it will bother you on your hands. My husband absoultely loved this! So much he asked me to make some for his friends! This was a great deal, and I would recommend it for anyone who needs a carrier oil that works great but is not super greasy.
I have recently become involved with Young Living Essential Oils. One of the ingredient I needed was Apricot Oil to make a Face Serum. No more toxins in my makeup when using this oil that is natural. A must have in a world where chemicals that may cause cancer are in my make-up.
